The Sunsi’ bar introduces a selection of pre dinner, after dinner, long drinks, energetic , fancy and competition winners cocktails, mastermind from our bartenders, selected between the 50’s to present with a list also dedicated to the Martini’s. In harmony with La Sovrana SPA are proposed few diet, drain, stimulate, diuretic, fruity and fresh vegetables drinks.

A great selection of luxury spirits: the reserve of Richard Hennesy, the reserve of King Louis XIII also known as Luis XIII: really rare bottles; some blended whisky as the Johnnie Walker Green, Gold and Blue Label, some particular reserve of Islay, Scotch, Tennessee and Bourbon Whiskey and last but not least some selected reserve of Gin and Vodka like: Crown Jewel, Hendrick’s , Plymouth, Kauffman, Roberto Cavalli and Ciroc..
