This information describes the processing of personal data entered or collected by you on the website www.ilboscaretoresort.it (hereinafter also referred to simply as the “Site”).

Purpose and legal basis of the processing

IL BOSCARETO processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Execute your request for services of which you are a party or perform pre-contractual activities requested by you. This necessity represents the legal basis that legitimizes the related treatments. The provision of data for these purposes is therefore an obligation to follow up on your requests; in the absence of them, IL BOSCARETO is unable to respond to your needs. The data will be kept for ten years from the date of termination of the contractual relationship;

  2. Subscribe to mailing lists Kept to IL BOSCARETO, carrying out market surveys and surveys (also by telephone, online, through forms), the sending of advertising and informative material on the products and services offered by IL BOSCARETO or by the partners of IL BOSCARETO, solicitations to purchase, by means of automated systems, such as e-mail, fax, sms or MMS, or through traditional methods (eg: paper mail), or by telephone with operator(hereinafter collectively “Processing for Marketing Purposes”). The legal basis of this processing is the consent of the interested party. The data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the relationship with the interested party, taking every care to avoid indefinite storage and encourage the exercise of the rights due to the same;

In fact, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site, during their normal operation, process some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Navigation data are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authority).

Categories of data processed

The processing of your data by IL BOSCARETO concerns:

  1. personal data (e.g. name, surname, address, date and place of birth, telephone number and e-mail). The data, collected directly from you, may refer to you or to third parties indicated by you for their quality as guests of BOSCARETO.

  2. I navigation data. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

  • obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);

  • check the correct functioning of the services offered.

Cookie Policy

We do not use cookies for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used. Instead, use is made of:

  1. technical session cookies (non-persistent) strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites. These cookies guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website;

  2. technical “analytics” cookies, to collect information, in aggregate and anonymous form, on the use of the site by users. This information is processed in order to improve the use of the Site and to make the content more interesting and relevant to the wishes of users. Analytical cookies are sent from the Site itself or from third-party domains.

For the installation of these cookies, the user’s prior consent is not required; In fact, the storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, who can block the installation of technical cookies. However, the absence of technical cookies may compromise the ability to access the Site, to use all or part of the same, to enable or disable certain functions.

I Social buttons (plugin) are those “buttons” on the site www.ilboscaretoresort.it which depict social network icons (example, Facebook and Twitter) and allow users who are browsing to interact with a “click” directly with social networks. Recipients of personal data

Your data may be processed by natural and legal persons that IL BOSCARETO has appointed as Data Processors. The detailed list of Data Processors and subjects to whom your data are communicated is available at the headquarters of the Data Controller. You can request this list by contacting the Data Controller at the address indicated above.

Your personal data are not transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (so-called European Economic Area). Third countries).

Data retention period

IL BOSCARETO keeps your personal data according to the timing indicated in the previous paragraph “Purpose and legal basis of the processing”. The data you provide for the booking of the stay and services of IL BOSCARETO will be kept for the entire duration of your booking and for the following 10 years, for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, as well as for its own or third parties’ defensive purposes and until the expiry of the applicable legal limitation period.

At the end of this period, the data will be deleted or stored in a form that does not allow your identification (anonymization), unless their further processing is necessary for at least one of the following purposes: i) resolution of disputes initiated before the expiry of the retention period; (ii) follow up on investigations/inspections by internal control functions and/or authorities external started before the expiry of the retention period; iii) comply with requests from the public authority received or notified before the expiry of the retention period.

Rights of the interested party

As provided for in articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may exercise your rights at any time and towards the Data Controller (by requesting it at the address indicated above). In detail, you can request access to your data and therefore request the correction, updating, integration, cancellation, limitation and opposition to the processing of data. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint or make a report to the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (http://www.garanteprivacy.it).
